Therapy Services

An Integrative Approach to Healing

There is no single path to healing.

Some people arrive in therapy with a clear understanding of the challenges they are struggling with. Others simply know that something feels off. Sometimes it starts with the quiet sense that something needs to change. Whether you are carrying anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles or simply a heaviness you cannot name, the therapy sessions are designed to support emotional well-being, self-discovery, and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Art Therapy, Neurographica, and somatic work. Rather than using these as separate modalities, I integrate them to support healing across the mind, body, and nervous system.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child or your professional development as a therapist, the focus remains the same. Healing that addresses both mind and body.

Sessions are available online across India and internationally, as well as in-person in Delhi/NCR.

  Adult Therapy

Many people seek therapy because life feels overwhelming, exhausting, or difficult to navigate alone. Life does not always fall apart dramatically. Sometimes it just gets quietly heavier. The anxiety that never switches off. The relationships that keep repeating the same patterns. The exhaustion that has nothing to do with how much you slept. Many people carry this for years before they seek support.

Art therapy works with what you are carrying at a deeper level. Through creativity, movement and somatic work, we address not just the symptoms but what is driving them.

Therapy may support adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Relationship and family concerns

  • Self-esteem

  • Identity issues

Children & Teen Therapy (Age 10-19)

Children and teenagers often express their emotions differently from adults.

Sometimes these struggles appear as behavioural changes, withdrawal, anger, anxiety, academic difficulties, low confidence, or challenges in social relationships. Often, young people feel emotions deeply before they have the language to explain them.

Art therapy gives children and teens a different language. Through drawing, painting, collage, storytelling and therapeutic play, I help young people express what feels too big, too confusing or too difficult to say out loud.

Therapy may support children and teens experiencing:

  • Anxiety and worry

  • School and exam stress

  • ADHD and attention challenges

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Depression and sadness

  • Family transitions and separation

  • Social difficulties and peer challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma and adverse experiences

Parent collaboration is an important part of the process, ensuring that caregivers feel supported while respecting the child's therapeutic space.

Clinical Supervision

Good supervision does not just discuss cases. It is a space for reflection, professional growth, and thoughtful exploration of your clinical work as you continue to develop as a therapist.

Whether you are an art therapy student, intern, newly qualified practitioner, or an experienced therapist, supervision is tailored to your stage of professional development and the unique demands of your clinical work.

My approach to supervision is collaborative and reflective, supporting both professional development and personal well-being. Sessions provide a safe space to explore challenges, build therapeutic confidence, develop greater self-awareness, and refine your own authentic therapeutic style.

Areas commonly explored include:

  • Case conceptualisation

  • Ethical considerations

  • Therapeutic relationships

  • Clinical decision-making

  • Professional confidence and growth

  • Burnout prevention and self-care

  • Developing an authentic therapeutic style

  • Reflective practice and personal awareness

The objective of supervision is to support both your professional competence and your well-being as a practitioner.

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT)

A Complementary Approach to Emotional and Energetic Healing

Some recurring patterns, fears, emotional blocks, or feelings of being stuck can feel difficult to understand through conscious awareness alone.

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) works at the soul level to identify and release subconscious beliefs, energetic patterns and past life influences that may be quietly shaping your present life.

I work with clients who are interested in exploring healing from a spiritual and energetic perspective alongside traditional therapeutic approaches.

Clients often seek SRT for:

  • Repetitive life patterns

  • Emotional blocks

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Feelings of being stuck

  • Spiritual exploration and personal growth

  • Greater emotional clarity and self-awareness

SRT is offered as part of a broader, holistic approach to healing and is thoughtfully integrated with therapeutic work whenever appropriate.
