There were more than 55 participants. During her entire session, Ms. Kapur made the participants feel so relaxed and stress-free. She taught a number of ways of how one can release anxiety and uneasiness to her audience. The session was really enriching and thoughtful. A few fun activities were done which channelized energy into our souls. Ms. Kapur made us believe that art is not just an expression, but it is a healing tool as well. on behalf of the whole team of NSS SRCC, I wants to thank Ms. Kapur for sparing her precious time and sharing her knowledge with us. This was the first time that we organized an art therapy session and she has made us believe that we should organize such sessions more often because it really helps people to uplift their self-esteem. I really look forward to having more such sessions on diverse topics with Ms. Monica Kapur. She is an epitome of positivity and I would love to have her on board again.

Ms. Monica Kapur has taken a session on "Art Therapy" on 3rd October 2021 as a part of Mental Wellness Week conducted by Student Counselling Services (IIT BHU). She has demonstrated various stress and anxiety-busting patterns using her art techniques that helped our students. She was very interactive, being a source of knowledge where everyone got enlightened by her practices. The one-hour-long session by her benefited the audience to tackle their real-life problems. We would highly recommend Ms. Monica Kapur for any mental health session related to art therapy and cognitive mindfulness change.
- Parth Roy, IIT BHU, Varanasi
Thank you so much for having me as a participant in this wonderful Expressive Arts Workshop conducted by you. As you rightly pointed out, while working together we all get so caught up in structures and systems, that such exercises help us understand and discover so many different sides to the colleagues and friends we work with and can lead to creation of a parallel community, a community which is open to being vulnerable, is very creative, and therefore happier and more productive. as I see it.
- Pallavi, WaterAid
