What an odd statement but the statement has enormous implication in your life.
Let me explain!
As you fell off to sleep what did you think of? What area of your life? Who were the primary players in these thoughts? What emotional response did they bring forth, fear, loss, pain, healing or love?
When you drift off to sleep, your last thoughts stay with you. You are in effect inhaling the last emotions of the day which can be negative or positive.
Your thoughts are also influencing your non-physical universe e.g., the bed, the room etc. Toxicity or happiness spreads depending on your thoughts.
When you wake up, the first thought of the day also stays with you. Hence the saying “I got out from the wrong side of the bed today” or “What goes wrong will go wrong.”
As you try and track your thoughts many repetitive themes may emerge.
Themes of fear, themes of pain or themes of healing and joy or anything in between.
Your life repeats these in reality.
Try to break these by changing the energy as soon as you become aware of the negative patterns e.g., as soon as you wake up go for a walk, at night start saying affirmations or mantras, or give thanks for all that went well with your day.
